SAT's Focus in the Initial Phase of Farming Operations

We Can Plant
We Can Sell
We Can Make A Profit
With these principles in mind, we set up our R&D labs in MALAYSIA and have experimented the production of more than 40 types of vegetables and fruits including various types of leafy vegetable, broccoli, watermelon, honeydew, Japanese cucumber, chilies, etc.

With data from over million of plants and 200 cycles of intensive experiment, we have established the methodology to grow various types of vegetables at their respective favourable conditions. Subsequently the production is further scaled into larger commercial production, in order to supply in volume to hypermarkets and retail groceries. With direct access to these sales channels, we are able to maintain efficiency (no middlemen) and provide quality products at affordable & competitive price to the consumers. Constant improvement on operations and logistics is also carried out to further enhance our bottom line.
BUSINESS ACTIVITIES

Revolutionizing Urban Farming:
SAT's Innovative Approach to Indoor Vertical CEA

SAT is involved in CEA urban farming by using an indoor vertical setup. CEA is different from conventional farming in many aspects. Essentially, the whole environment/climate is controlled in the CEA farm. This ranges from lighting, temperature, humidity, air ventilation, and all the way to the nutrients provided to the plants, which totally replace the requirement of soil.

FROM SEED TO HARVEST

Unveiling the Growth Stages and Process

Step 1: Germination in a Dark Room
Step 1:
Germination in a Dark Room
  • Selected seeds are placed in a dark room to initiate the germination process.
  • The seeds are allowed to sprout and develop.
Step 2: Seedling Growth on Trays
Step 2:
Seedling Growth on Trays
  • After germination, the seedlings are transferred to seedling trays.
  • The seedlings are left to grow on the trays.
  • During this time, they continue to develop and reach a suitable size for transplantation.
Step 3: Transplantation to the Hydroponic System
Step 3:
Transplantation to the Hydroponic System
  • Once the seedlings have reached the desired size, they are transplanted to the hydroponic system.
  • The hydroponic system provides a nutrient-rich solution for the plants to grow without soil.
Step 4: Growth and Harvesting
Step 4:
Growth and Harvesting
  • Depending on the species and type of plant, the plants undergo a growth cycle.
  • Throughout this period, the plants are carefully monitored and provided with controlled lighting, temperature, humidity, air ventilation, and nutrients.
  • Once the plants have fully matured, the produce is ready for harvesting.
Step 5: Packing and Distribution
Step 5:
Packing and Distribution
  • After harvesting, the produce is collected and sorted.
  • The harvested crops are carefully packed to ensure their quality and freshness.
  • The packed produce is then distributed and made available for sale.
